Most of our items are made by hand or shaped as a result of nature. Minor differences in appearance and size are common. This is what makes your item unique and special! If you are not happy with your item please reach out to [email protected]

I received the wrong item.
Please send a picture to [email protected] along with your order confirmation email and we will send you what you ordered. We will email you a shipping label to return items to our PO Box – 2692 New York NY 10185.
My order never arrived
Please check your confirmation for a tracking number. If you have any other issues please forward your confirmation email to [email protected] with the Subject: MISSING ITEM and we will look into the issue for you.

Refunds for lost or broken items are handled on a case by case basis. We would like to do our best to ensure you receive the item you ordered in the proper condition. Custom or large quantity orders…
If you would like a custom or large quantity of a particular item (10 or more) please reach out to [email protected] with the item name, desired quantity, and the delivery date. Some items come in limited quantities depending on the season so we will try to accommodate your request to the best of our abilities. For customized products, we will be more than happy to reach out to the producers for timing and pricing for your request! We recommend that you make your request at least 4-6 weeks prior to your desired delivery date.
